Introduction
We've been producing the magazine from many locations: ginger is in Canada, Ana and Ricardo are in Portugal, and many other contributors are based in several places. In order to properly coordinate our work, we decided to look at distributed code development methodology for clues on how to create a distributed magazine workflow. This led us to try out version control.
